Hanover Multi-Family Fitness Center Flooring
Pace Flooring completed a fitness center flooring installation for a Hanover Company multi-family property in Houston. We installed broadloom carpet throughout the main workout areas alongside custom rubber gym inserts under the heavy weight equipment zones.
This project required precise coordination to define functional zones within the open-concept fitness space. The neutral-toned broadloom carpet provides durability and noise reduction in the cardio and free weight areas, while the black rubber inserts protect the subfloor from dropped weights and heavy equipment.
